The Story
BetterHealth was losing patients at the appointment-booking step. The old form asked for everything up front, didn't understand availability constraints, and felt like paperwork. We rebuilt it as a conversation: a scheduling agent that asks what's wrong, suggests the right specialist, and books the slot in under a minute.
Conversion from visit to confirmed booking tripled. The agent handles insurance pre-checks, scheduling conflicts, and reminder routing without a human in the loop — and surfaces edge cases to staff with everything pre-filled.
