The Story
Maison Collective was outgrowing their monolithic Shopify setup — they needed multi-currency pricing across seven European markets, a design language that matched their brand book, and the flexibility to evolve without re-platforming every year. We built a headless commerce stack on Medusa with a Next.js storefront that loads fast and converts faster.
The result is a fully localized shopping experience with region-aware pricing, Stripe and Przelewy24 payments, and a modular backend that the team can extend without touching the frontend. Launch-week conversion was 22% above their old platform.
