The Story
PropDesk's landlords were managing tenants across spreadsheets, email threads, and filing cabinets. Lease renewals got missed, maintenance requests disappeared, and tenant photos lived on someone's phone. We built a property management platform with tenant profiles, photo uploads with visual cropping, and a centralized admin dashboard.
Every property gets a profile with unit details, lease terms, and tenant history. Photo documentation is compressed and organized per unit. The admin panel gives property managers a single view of occupancy, upcoming renewals, and outstanding issues — no more digging through inboxes.
