The Story
SocialSync's content team was copy-pasting between Twitter and Bluesky, reformatting every post by hand, and losing track of what went live where. We built a unified content editor with TipTap rich text, cross-platform publishing, and a scheduling queue that handles both platforms from a single interface.
Write once, preview per platform, and schedule or publish instantly. The editor respects each platform's character limits and media constraints, so posts look native everywhere. A Cypress-tested content pipeline ensures drafts never get lost between creation and publication.
