The Story
TomCar was managing a growing fleet with phone calls and whiteboards. Dispatchers had no real-time visibility, drivers filed paper logs, and maintenance got missed until something broke. We built a fleet management platform with live Google Maps tracking, multi-language support, and Stripe-powered billing for their subscription clients.
Every vehicle shows up on the map with status, driver assignment, and maintenance schedule. Alerts fire when service is overdue or a vehicle leaves its geofence. The platform supports Polish, French, and English out of the box — critical for TomCar's cross-border operations.
